eWareness' Mission Control was created as a way for our clients, vendors, partners and employees to share information, access password-protect files, brainstorm off of each other and help build an online community. Our Mission Control section integrates our technical support system and customer service support system to give clients an easy way to request additional services, create a support ticket, upload files and much more.
eWareness | Support
eWareness' has a very robust and well-integrated technical and customer support system for clients, vendors, partners and employees. Our system includes an integrated support tracking system with ticketing, live support and ticket updates. We are also integrated with BaseCamp for easy uploading of files, a blackboard, task setter, time tracker and more. And of course everything is secure and password protected for each client!

To help clients and prospects, eWareness provides access to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), a web technology and marketing industry specific glossary, a "official use" downlaoad section specific to eWareness brochures, presentations, price quotes, logs and more. eWareness is very proud to the be the publisher of the Veteran Owned Business Project. VOB has over 16,000 members and boasts upwards of 10,000 unique visitors a day!
