At eWareness, Inc. we’ve created what we call the 110% Equals 100% Rule. This mantra simply states: we will give you one hundred and ten percent one hundred percent of the time in order to guarantee one hundred percent satisfaction. We will do whatever it takes to win and keep your business. We believe customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of every successful firm. We demand 100% satisfaction when we are the customer. And we expect nothing less from ourselves when the tables are turned. Collectively, we constantly monitor the progress of our organization through a stringent screening process. This high level of internal evaluation allows us to guarantee you and your company’s complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with anything we’ve done, we implore you to let us know. We will do whatever it takes to keep you happy and keep our customer satisfaction rate at 100%.
While businesses use us for various aspects of their web needs, purchasing people within certain government agencies have a added bonus for working with eWareness. eWareness is owned by a Service Disabled Veteran. In a nutshell, eWareness is a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Enterprise (SDVOBE). By default, we are also a Veteran Owned Business (VOB). While this may or may not have any effect in the B2B environment, it does, however, give us a major punch in the B2G arena. The SDVOBE certification allows some government agency purchasing people the opportunity to set aside funds and even set up our services on a sole source basis. This means these agencies can use our services and at the same time cut down on the amount of work (creating bids, perusing through proposals) required to get their job done.
